I have a user who has existing Gmail accounts set up and doesn't want to lose his previous recipients auto fill addresses and other information stored locally in Outlook 2016. I want to add a Kerio Outlook connector account to his existing Outlook profile so that all of his email accounts are in the same spot and he won't need to switch profiles back and forth.

When starting up Outlook I get a warning that the Kerio Outlook connector isn't the default message store. Does this really matter? Everything I've tested so far seems to work just fine leaving his existing default data file as the one set up for his Gmail account.

This user won't be keeping the KOC account for too much longer as he will be moving to new hardware down the road so my concern is that if I change the data file to KOC account it will cause problems when the account is deleted at a later date.
