I have a Kerio Connect that simply won't upgrade via the internal web GUI. It just fails. This has been going on for a number of months.

The host is on macOS 10.10.5.

The Kerio Connect server was at 9.0.2.

Feeling a bit apprehensive about upgrading from 9.0.2 to 9.2.4 I decided to do some incremental updates. I first updated it successfully to 9.0.3 via the legacy download from kerio.com. I then tried to update vie the web GUI and it failed again. So then updated to 9.0.4 then tried the web GUI update again, which failed. I then moved on to successfully applying the 9.1.0 update with the same result of the web GUI update still not working to 9.2.4

I then moved on to 9.2.0 with the same result of the internal web GUI not working. So now I just did the upgrade to 9.2.4 via the download from kerio.com.

I can't find any events in the log files for the failures. Where should I look?

Also, any other ideas on why the web GUI update tool isn't working?
