Hi,
I want to ask: Is there any way to update the "Description" value for 200 users in Kerio Connect without losing any data? I tried to make some tests as importing from a .CSV file but the system does not allow with the message "User is in collision with another entity in domain". Because the change of "Description" of these 200 users is not the same value, so I do not know if there is any solution to make changes a.s.a.p instead of editing each user manually. Thank you

Are these all local users? If it it more useful, you can edit the xml in the users.cfg. In addition, if the passwords are all know, you could backup the users.cfg and then remove all users and import from your CFG. As long as you don't delete their folders (it will give you the choice) the newly provisioned users will be mate up to the deleted ones without issue.

Hi gfimorgan,
- all users are local users
- end users changed the password as IT policy
I have not found a way to mass update without editing one by one manually Sad
