It's been 7 days now and all manual update efforts state that the current version is up to date.....highly unlikely that no Sophos virus definitions have been issued in one full week!

I created an incident ticket with Kerio Support (ticket ID: SSE-322833), and have not even received a response, moreover a verification email. Worst yet, this is a problem that has been affecting multiple users for the past week, yet kerio chooses to stay silent. This in turn forces users to have to utilize 1 out of their 2 allotted tickets. Is this what we're paying for?

Kerio, please have some sort of ethics and courtesy and at least reply to this thread and update your customers on this critical security situation.

Hello friends,
GFI doesn't monitor this forum, you must create new ticket on gfi.com

yes, they answered, this is last answer from gfi support:

Hello Vladimir,

Our backend team is working on this matter since last week.
This issue seems to have started at the same time as for the BitDefender, which was fixed within a couple of hours.
Apologies, for the delay, but currently there are no new updates for Sophos. As soon as we have an update I will let you know.

Thank you for your cooperation.
Regards,
CBG-NK

Nothing yet....I'm beginning to think that ship has sailed. I see that Vladimir (VladoK) was able to get a response from them via GFI support. However, the issue hasn't been fixed as yet.

The bigger question is: Should I consider finding a new email solution?
