No function autobackup to FTP. Kerio Operator 2.5.5 write "failed to compress the backup". FTP account is working. I try restart Kerio Operator but without success.
Please, help me. Thank

I have seen this before when a backup starts but doesn't have enough space on the Operator box to complete.

Enable system daemons and remote storage in the debug log (right-click right pane of debug -> messages) and see if there is anything that gives more insight when you run it again.
