Hello,
Our Kerio Connect mail server is being pounded by unsuccessful attempts to log in from AmazonAWS.com servers. These Amazon servers all have different IP addresses.

What is the best way to block ALL AmazonAWS.com servers in Kerio Control?

Here are some samples from the Kerio Connect logs:
[05/Sep/2017 18:24:04] Failed IMAP login from ec2-52-90-101-14.compute-1.amazonaws.com, user mike<_at_>mycompany.com
-and-
[05/Sep/2017 18:24:01] IMAP: Authentication failed for user mike<_at_>mycompany.com. Attempt from IP address 52.90.101.14. External authentication service rejected authentication due to invalid password or authentication restriction.

The Kerio Connect logs are filled with these messages. So as you can see, I need to block these Amazon servers at the FW lvl.

Thanks for your help or input.

Are you using a Kerio Control box as well as the connect box? Because it would be easy to define the source as *.amazonaws.com and the destination as your LAN (or the specific IP the connect box has) and deny all.

We are using the Kerio Control N300 box, and Kerio Connect server software running on a MacMini server. I will try what you suggest and report back in a week or so. I have been trying different things and checking the Kerio Connect server logs to see if it works.

Thanks
