We have the folowing issue.
When several phones are in call queue, like 201, 202,203 etc.
When there is an incoming call, and 201 takes the call and transfers to 203.
When there is coming a second call, 201 does not ring.
This has been working until a few releases back.
is there any solution.
We tested this with SNOM and grandstream phones.
Hope to hear from you soon.

Have you got a "Wrap up" time set? The default is 30 seconds I think. It is under the assigned agents page on a call queue.

i think you have the following condition:
call queue with 3 extension.
simultaneously there are coming 2 calls in on the queue (or with a short delay, in fact there are 2 calls in the queue)
i think you have configured the queue like "ring all agents". Wrap Up Time = 0 or 1
So if ext 201 is answering a call it does not get the second one, that's an operator thing, but since version < 2.4.8 i don't think that this was even different.
I have the same issue.
Just use a ringing group instead of a queue, activate call waiting on the phones (for the best just with visualisation, no "knock knock" and configure, that they can get more calls than only one.
