After upgrading to iOS11, we have found that the number pad in the Operator soft phone app does not work properly. for example, typing 500 enters 005 in the app. Please let me know when a fix will be pushed out for the app.

We have experienced the same problem with Kerio Operator iOS Softphone 3.8.2001 - After upgrading to iOS 11, the dial pad is not functioning properly. When I try to dial 210, the app records 102. Please update the iOS Softphone app to dial correctly.

A workaround in the meantime is to activate the iOS keyboard and dial the number.

We are waiting to deploy Operator Softphone to a client. Anyone any clues as to when an update will be released or should we look at delaying deployment, offering workaround or using another compatible client?

We could really do with knowing whats happening with this as well. I would recommend giving the app 1 star on the app store until this is fixed, mention that the dialer is broken and hopefully this might get someone to look into it.

Good tip about the iOS keyboard, thanks.

The Kerio soft phone is just re-badged Bria for iOS. Just get that then you don't have to wait for Kerio, plus you get a more useful app.

An updated version of the app was pushed out yesterday which fixes this issue. <_at_>matthealey - have you been able to get the Bria mobile app to work with Kerio? I tried it a while ago and couldn't get it to work.

Yes Bria works fine, plus you can connect it to other systems, rather than just Operator.

matthealey can you still log in using a username and password like with the Kerio App, or would you have to put in an extension number and extension password?

We find the username and password thing more user friendly when getting end users to set up their own devices

No you can't. Bria still requires a traditional SIP setup.
