In the kerio admin I can see the connected mobile devices per user.
We use windows 10 mobile phones, iPhones and android phones.
I noticed the protocol-version being used by kerio is ActiveSync 14.1

Since a few months all our mobile devices got syncing problems regarding to the calendar part. I've mentioned it a few times, but still this problem isn't solved by Kerio.

It seems that all the phones are updated to protocol 16.x.
When is Kerio going to update their protocol?

The problem that happens, items generated in Outlook desktop are being synced to the phone once. Updating an item, doesn't update the item on the phone.
Inserting an agenda item on the phone, no syncing happens to Kerio.

This really should be fixed, otherwise we're necessary going to have to switch to another exchange programm.

Wow, what a poor support.
This problem persists for months now and still no solution.
Support is terrible since GFI took over.
I'm convincing our company to ditch Kerio and get MS Exchange after almost 10 years.

I would look at IceWarp before Exchange.

We will be supporting ActiveSync 16 later on this year, however please note that this has nothing to do with any device not supported or having communication issues.

ActiveSync 14.1 is still very much supported by Microsoft and a lot of partners, and Microsoft Exchange 2013 servers utilise this protocol and will keep on using it.

What might be the cause of this sync problem?
I got it on all Windows phones after updating from W10M 10.0.14393.1066 on. On this Windows version everything still was okay, but after updating it stopped.

Looks like Windows deprecated some functions which Kerio is still using.
That why I suspect the ActiveSync 14 - 16 difference is the problem.

Did you try deleting the account and selecting it from scratch please?
