Hi,

I'm just wondering if there is a way to use either the KEMT or KIMT tools to copy mail into an on premise Kerio Connect server? Doing it via KIMT fails with IMAP enabled on the Office365 accounts.

Regards

If you are having issues with the IMAP migration tool, I would recommend reaching out to support.

If you just have a few users, you can put the accounts in the same Outlook Profile and manually migrate the mail by drag and drop.

if that fails, just sync to PST file and make sure you setup to sync ALL offline files--that will create a full PST backup file that can be used to import or push email to server.
