We are working on a fix. A workaround at the moment is to switch to manual upgrade. For more information please visit:

We noticed the hardware boxes on 2.5.5 Patch 2 would update, but the software on 2.5.5 Patch 1 don't see an update if this helps.

We have 2.5.5 Patch 1 and it is now saying it cannot check for updates but the link gives no indication of how to obtain an update manually, only how to install the binary if you are lucky enough to already have it.
Any clue as to how we can obtain the binary and do a manual upgrade?

Thanks,
Dave

You can download the Binary from the support page, we have updated most of our installs so far and have had no problems doing it this way.
