How did you update to Kerio Connect 9.2.5 Patch 3? Via Web UI, command line installation package? Which server OS are you running ? Check your error and debug log files.

Did you open a ticket?

The Server is a Windows 2016 Server dedicated only to Kerio Connect, Kerio was upgraded via Web UI.
No errors where found in the logs.

Does the administration error message reappear everytime you open Action Connections? You could try to enable debug logging

  1. Right-click in the log window and click Messages.
  2. Select Crash Management Activity
