We have a pretty decent size deployment of Kerio Connect with about 60 users. lately we have been upgrading all desktop computers and part of the upgrade includes Outlook 2016. We get the computers on the domain, we get the necessary software installed. We go into Control Panel, Mail 32 (Outlook 2016), select Manual configuration, select KOFF and configure the mail account without any issues.

Once we launch Outlook 2016, we go through the activation phase of the software then synchronization begins without a hitch.

Now once that user logs out and another logs in, we go back to Control Panel, Mail 32 (Outlook 2016), then as we begin to create the mail account, the screens are completely. While it does show an option to manually configure, it does not provide us the ability to select "Other" and KOFF. it only shows (in tile format) Gmail, Yahoo, Exchange, SMTP/POP3 and SMTP/IMAP. No where does it show anything else.

So there are a few questions.
1) is anyone else experiencing this issue and can you get around it?
2) is there a way around this at all?
3) maybe GFI or someone else may know of a way to automate the creation of the mail profile using a script?

Thank you.

There's a feature request to bring back the traditional Outlook account dialog Rolling Eyes Please vote for: Provide an option to configure emails accounts using manual settings in Microsoft Outlook 2016
