Hi,

I have a remote user with Kerio Operator app.

She is overseas trying to make a call to a number in USA.

Each time she dials she says the app adds a suffix of '9' to the number and it will not connect.

I am unable to get hands on the phone to test, but can anyone suggest why this may be happening?

Yes, we have some minor transformations configured.

But they affect the prefix not the suffix.

Is there anything that can affect the suffix (and only for this user)?

Is this the mobile softphone app or the Kerio Phone application for desktop operating systems?

In the app there is a dial plan option where you can configure rewriting rules. Make sure there is nothing configured there. You can also perform a test to see what the resulting number will be after the number is transformed. Have you checked the call history to confirm that in fact the digit is being appended, rather than prepended? It's pretty unusual to add digits to the end. All references I've seen of number rewriting relates to the prefix. Also confirm if the user is manually dialing a number, or choosing someone from contacts.
