Hello,

We have a Keriocloud account.
In our company, we have set up a Yealink VOIP telephone system.
I would like to configure the LDAP address book to access our address book.

I have this error: LDAP server unavailable.

Any idea?

Here are my settings:
LDAP Name Filter: (|(cn=%)(sn=%))
LDAP Number Filter: (|(telephoneNumber=%)(homePhone=%)(mobile=%))
server address: host004.eu1.kerio.cloud
port: 389
Base: cn=users,dc=mycompany,dc=com
User Name: cn=olivier<_at_>mycompany.com,dc=ldap,dc=mycompany,dc=com
LDAP Name Attributes: cn sn displayName
LDAP Number Attributes: telephoneNumber homePhone mobile mail departmentNumber
LDAP Display Name: %cn
