Hi to all,

I have two problems with Kerio Versions 9.2.2; 9.2.3 and 9.2.5 Patch3

Problem 1:

Some clients are loosing connection from time to time. They are using IMAP-SSL and Outlook Connector for Outlook 2010/2013.

There are no other network problems in our system log.

Problem 2:
I have two users who have "missing Emails".
Emails are received and in the archive. The log shows that the emails are delivered to their accounts, and there is no entry about moving or deletion.
But two users are missing emails. They are not found via Outlook Connector, IMAP or Webmail. Checking the directory at the server shows that some Email files are not available. Some numbers are missing.

What I have found out is:
- Sending an email only to these persons = No Problem
- Sending an email to these persons and to others = all, except the two, are receiving the email.

Checking the header as raw text does not show any wrong email address encoding.

Any idea what happens or how to fix it?

Problem 2 is more important as Problem 1...

Edit: Correcting some typos.
