I have all the spam features turned on, added several blacklists, and lowered the score to 4 to mark as spam, but certain users still get at least 10 e-mails a day with malicious links to click.

We are running 9.2.3 (2929) and have not licensed the Bit Defender.

Is this normal behavior? I have checked the headers for causes, but usually there are a few items listed, but nothing telling.

Very difficult to help without any headers or logs.

Do you have Spam Repellent switched on? Which Blacklists?

Greylisting service is offline since 5 weeks or so, may be this brings up your spam rate.

We have a lot of customers with lot more spam since greylisting is not working.

Greylisting is working. The headers vary and change a lot.

Spam Repellent is switched on and timeout is set to 5 seconds, which was the normal Sendmail greeting pause initially.

Here are the blacklists:

SpamCop, WBPL, Zen, Barracuda, DnsBl, Rhsbl, and a few Spam Monkey blacklist: fresh, unribl, backscatter.

Even if the headers vary, can you post one here?
