Hello All,

i would like to share my issue with you all which i am facing with Kerio Connect Mail Server 9.2.5 Batch03 is that my users SMTP address is getting changed when the mail is been recieved by the recipient.

Kindly find the below for more details.

When Employee A sends a mail from EMP A <A@abc.com> then the mails recieved by the recipient is showing EMP A <b<_at_>abc.com> this issue is happening with 2-3 users as of now, surprisingly this issue come up and i am not able to find solution on this. In order to troubleshoot this i have done the below steos for troubleshooting.

1. User Delegation access checked for all the users and didnt found any of the users listed for any other users.
2. Outlook Settings checked Users system and verified the same and also there has been no change in any of the settings till now.
3. Checked incoming and outgoing rules on the server.
4. Deleted and recreated the users on the mail server, still the same issue persist.
5. Checked the RULES on local system also.

Any help on the above topic is appreciated.

It seems that you are sending this via another SMTP server (server1.linuxforte.com). This might re-write the sender.

Please check in your Admin console:

Configuration > SMTP Server > SMTP Delivery
