Hey.

A test version of Kerio Connect 9.2.5 patch is installed. 3.

There is a mail domain example.com.

Mail domain is received through one mailbox office<_at_>example.com.

Next, the mail is sorted by boxes.

Question:
How to make so that all mail which has not reached the user, came on mail to administration to the manager?

For example, in the domain there is a box jonh<_at_>example.com.
The sender made a mistake and sent jonn<_at_>example.com.

How to make sure that this letter is not lost, and it is redirected to the administrator's mailbox?

Make alias "*" and forward it to administrator.
All unknown emails are then redirected to admin (or any selected user)

I did as you said.

Section - delivery - sorting rules - * admin<_at_>example.com

Then I sent a test email to a non-existent email.
It was returned to the sender with the message.

This information message was sent by the server mail.example.com
The server could not deliver the email message

Date: Tue, 5 Dec 2017 09:08:44 +0200

to the following addresses:

  <jonn<_at_>example.com> (mail.example.com: Mailbox does not exist)
Original-Recipient: jonn<_at_>example.com
Final-Recipient: rfc822;jonn<_at_>example.com
Action: failure
Status: 5.1.1
Diagnostic-Code: SMTP; Mailbox does not exist
