Hi there. I've been experiencing this type of error since a few days mainly on iphone mobile devices . kerio versione is 9.2.0. Mobile users are telling me that no sync is available or they get just the header of the mail but no text of the mail. Strange as the system has been running for years now without any issue. What I'm doing now is deleting the account on the mobile phone then deleting the device on kerio console and the recreating the account.
More infos on the subject: inside our lan/wlan perimeter everything works as expected. Issue appears only when outside the company and using mobile phone provider data service.
Has anyone else already experienced this type of problem?
