Hello,

I have a user who has a lot of emails that aren't appearing within Outlook inside here Deleted Items folder. But when she logs into our mail server through a browser they all appear with the trash folder? Why are they not showing up in Outlook like they do through the browser, is there a way to fix this?

Delete the Kerio Offline Connector cache on the user's computer. Restart Outlook and let it re-build.

- Control Panel
- mail
- E-Mail accounts
- Kerio Connect
- Maintenance tab
- Empty Cache
