Usually when connectivity works and then stops working after some period of time, it's a routing issue. Specifically the gateway may have multiple default routes. When you say 'reboot the host'. Are you referring to the client system or the Kerio Control gateway? When the outage occurs, use tools like ping and traceroute to determine how the routing is affected.

Does the client still have a valid IP address? Can it ping other hosts on the network? Does this happen to all clients on the LAN? Is it connected via WiFi or ethernet?
Note that Kerio Control also has some tools for testing connectivity http://manuals.gfi.com/en/kerio/control/content/server-confi guration-kerio-control/using-ip-tools-1428.html
