Hi,
we are working with Outlook und Kerio-Outlook-Connector (Offline Edition). We are also have roaming-user-profiles.

On 32 bit machines Outlook-Connector is stored in Program Files\Kerio...
On 64 bit machines with Office 32 bit and Outlook-Connector 32 bit it is stored in Program Files (x68)\Kerio...

When a User (with existing user-profile) tries to start Outlook on a 64 bit machine, outlook-32bit couldn't start and stops with the error:

C:\Program Files\Kerio\Outlook Connector (Offline Edition)\KoffAddin.dll not found. = Cause it is installed in C:\Program Files (x86)\Kerio...

Office-32, Kerio-Connector-32 are all clean installed on a clean/new windows-64.

I erased all in User/AppData/local/Kerio and User/AppData/local/Microsoft/Outlook - noting changed.
I also searched the Registry for "Program Files\Kerio" - no hits.

Any ideas how i can reset/erase all Kerio-Connetor-User-settings in user-profile?

Thanks.

I've seen this when the universal 32/64 bit installer is used, and a "stub" install of Office came pre-loaded on the machine
  1. uninstall and 64 bit office apps -- look for the sneaky ones like the preview for visio, publisher, etc
  2. Uninstall the Kerio offline connector using the standard windows uninstall process.
  3. remove the user's OutLook profile.
  4. whack any user-specific (appdata) folders
  5. use the appropriate 32/64 bit specific .MSI that matches the bit-ness of the office installation (not the dual mode .EXE) to install the off line connector
  6. recreate the user's profile from the control panel
  7. start OutLook

Hope this helps
