Hi everybody
I am working at an office that internet was shared between employees by Broadband connection. The question is: By using kerio vpn (firstly connected to the office broadband connection by a designated user pass and then connecting by kerio vpn to an external server) in the office does the administrator of the office server find out which websites have been visited or which files have been downloaded?

Thank you in advance
Andy

This depends on the setting of the VPN server. By default, your Internet traffic would not use the VPN. To force all traffic to use the VPN, enable "VPN clients access the Internet through the VPN" in the settings of the VPN server. This is described here https://manuals.gfi.com/en/kerio/control/content/vpn/configu ring-kerio-vpn-server-1305.html

If your Internet traffic is routed through the VPN tunnel, then your traffic on the local network will be encrypted and the administrator of your shared office will not be able to see any of your activity aside from a TCP connection on port 4090.
