I was wondering if it's possible to customize the "The server was not able to deliver your email message" and the quoted body. We'd like to be able to manipulate the text but I'm not sure if this is feasible.

Yes you can.

On your server in the install directory \Kerio\Mailserver\Reports you'll find a lot of folders for each install language EN, DE etc.

In here you'll find .rep files you can edit with Notepad

The rep files though get overwritten with the default ones every time you apply a software update so you'll want to keep copies of your amended ones so you can copy them back after a software update.

Awesome! Thanks for the reply. The specific issue we're hitting is how another application is parsing the e-mail address. Basically it takes the response of <sample@test.email> and converts it to \u003csample<_at_>test.email\u003e which then breaks. I was hoping to pull the <> off to help out - is that feasible?

Or alternatively have these messages sent as plain text?
