We've identified this issue and it will be fixed in the next release (available soon). Alternatively you may consider using the desktop version of Kerio Connect Client.

We also note that the Reminders Popup Remind and Dismiss do not work smoothly, they do Dismiss but the POPUP locks up and still shows the Reminder. Am hoping they fix this as well.

Thanks!

Any update on this? Can anyone confirm that it fixes this issue with Chrome? I can't see that it is fixed from the release notes (or it is in General fixes and improvements)

Unfortunately it seems this error remains in the 9.2.6 release. I am tracking down the status of the fix and will follow up when I have more details.

Our users are experiencing the following error after the latest Chrome update [64.0.3282.186 (Official Build) (64-bit)]. KMS is running the latest patch [Version: 9.2.5.3336]. The error occurs after logging in and every page refresh. I have tried disabling all Chrome extensions, as well as running in "incognito mode" and the error still persists. The error does not appear to occur in Firefox 58.0.2 or Internet Explorer 11:

I have the same (?) problem after every cache clearing. My fix: go to settings, notifications and allow notificication.

Does this fix your problem?

Interesting... I have not been clearing cache, so my notification settings were still enabled. As a test, I disabled all notification options under Kerio Connect and then logged out and back in without clearing the cache. I did not get the error message. Then I re-enabled all of the notification options and logged out and back in. In both cases, I have not experienced any error messages.

I also went into Chrome Settings > Advanced Settings > Content > Notifications and deleted the domain for the mail server from ALLOW. I went back into Kerio Connect settings and re-enabled Notifications.

Under normal circumstances, I see the error message at least once after logging in. After posting this message, I'll logout, close the browser and see what happens.

No errors after logging out, closing Chrome and then logging back in. You may be on to something! Smile

Thanks!
