Why hasn't there been an update to Kerio Connect in over five months. The cost of Software Maintenance went up, yet we never get any updates anymore even though there are tons of ideas for new features on the Suggest Idea page. There is also nothing in Beta.

It was also extremely difficult to renew my license (the first time I had to do it since GFI took over). We are seriously considering looking into other solutions. It looks like Kerio Connect is not a priority to GFI software.

This is very disturbing. We should be careful criticizing GFI. I did, and I got a warning from someone at GFI who threatened to ban me from this forum. I would love to see Kerio Connect improve, and fix the many bugs that we have been reporting. I just don't think that's their priority. They have transformed Kerio Cloud from something I loved working with into something I had to move my customers out of. I moved our last Kerio Cloud hosted customer out this past weekend. I did this because Kerio Connect has not been updated to make it work better with Exchange Web Service, and my customer was also sick and tired of the outages and the last minute "maintenance" cycles. If anyone from GFI is reading this, please take this as your cue to make the much needed improvements that we have been demanding for a long time now. You have loads of great suggestions from us, but it seems that you don't want to take any action to implement any of them. macOS Sierra has been out for almost 6 months, but we STILL don't have a version of Kerio Connect that works properly for setting up users on their Macs. You canceled the version that would have fixed this!
