Hello,

I found a few suggestions in these forums which have not gotten me a solution. Here is the scenario:

We have a user who has accounts for two companies: Company 1 uses Office 365, Company 2 uses Kerio Offline Connector.

When he tries to send an email he gets the following notice:

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached ([Recipient Name] replacing recipients):

[Recipient Name] on 3/5/2018 8:59 AM
This message could not be sent. Try sending the message again later, or contact your network administrator. You do not have the permission to send the message on behalf of the specified user. Error is [0x80070005-0x0004dc-0x000524].

This is obviously a Microsoft message.

He is stating that he is trying to send the emails from Kerio but they are apparently being attempted to be delivered through Office 365.

Has anyone else encountered this problem?

It's always a Problem to have an Exchange/365- and a MAPI-based (KOFF) Account in the same Outlook-Profile. This is not supported by Microsoft. Use different Profiles for each Account, or use the 365-Account and the Kerio-Account as IMAP in the same Profile.

This has already been discussed here: http://forums.kerio.com/m/133978/11688/1ff7f17efc0df1acaedbb f735cf00189/

There are a few ugly workarounds to make it a tiny little better, but it works far from smoothly.
