Has anyone had luck setting up eM Client using an Exchange account that contained email folders shared from other users. In eM Client, I go to Tools, Accounts, and on the Exchange Web Services tab, under Delegation, I click Show... next to "Accounts you can access". I am able to add the shared account fine. But when I try to sync, I get the error

"Synchronizing folder list failed due to the following error: And element node 'soap:Header' of the type Element was expected, but node 'Body' of type Element was found."

I turned on EWS in the debug log in Kerio and found several lines similar to the following

GetFolderOperation: GetFolder FAILED, id=, Error resolving DistinguishedFolderId: "drafts" in mailbox "co<_at_>***.com", error code=128

I am able to access the shared folders through my account using Exchange on any other device. It is just eM Client that I am having trouble with.

I forgot to mention. I am running 9.2.5 patch 3 on Debian GNU/Linux 7.11. I am running the latest version of eM Client (7.1.31849.0) on the latest version of Windows 10.

Sorry, I can't help with EWS. I do use eM Client to connect to shared contacts/calendars via CalDAV/CardDAV and it seems to work pretty well.
