Hello,

I have a problem,when I login the users that is map from Directory Service.

check log :

[10/Mar/2018 00:20:47] HTTP/WebMail: Authentication failed for user test02<_at_>mydomain.com. Attempt from IP address 1.53.59.112. External authentication service rejected authentication due to invalid password or authentication restriction.

Can who help me ? How to debug this case?

Is it happening to only this user or to all users?
Does it only happen with webmail or are other services failing authentication as well, like ActiveSync?
Does the issue exist if they use an SSL connection with webmail, HTTPS?

Because I miss configure krb5.conf and install package krb5-lib
