I have a problem with Kerio at one of my customers (I didn't configure their Kerio myself).

They are using public folders. One of the folders is named info<_at_>xxxyyy.de with all the mails of that address in it.

If one of the employees (she is only working few days per Month) logs in and starts her Outlook, a public folder appears with the name of e.g. info@xxxyyy.de1135. And all the mails of info<_at_>xxxyyy.de are suddenly in this new folder.

A few days later, when she logs in for the next time there is a new folder named info@xxxyyy.de1137. And all the mails of info<_at_>xxxyyy.de are suddenly in that folder.

This goes on and on with increasing numbers after the info<_at_>xxxyyy.de.

When we move everything from these folders to info<_at_>xxxyyy.de and delete the others, everything is okay up to the next time she logs in.

Any ideas how to fix this?
