Hello,

last week we have problems with Kerio Control - every morning we see that system has been rebooted due to system error. But i can't find what kind of error it is.

Where i can find system error log ? I can see only errors like LDAP, VPN, Filter, Http... I have SSH access to the firewall.

What's version of Kerio Control Appliance? is it Kerio box or custom appliance?

Hello,

we have updated Kerio, so actually we have Version: 9.2.5 build.

But in previous version there was same problem with system failure.

We have appliance on physical machine.

Colleagues from a neighbouring branch of the forum ( http://forums.kerio.com/t/33401//23165/3d453463b5bf05bf49e14 cde4344d35a/) have faced the same problem after upgrading to 9.2.5. Try to roll back version 9.2.2 or 9.2.3. Check status.

We had problem with NTLM authentication also. We rollbacked to 9.2.4 and this problem seems to be solved.

So we will rollback probably to 9.2.2. to solve problem with system failure.

Anyway, maybe Kerio should hire more testers. This is critical system for us and if update is full of bugs it's not cool..

I'm still on Kerio Control 9.2.2 after several unsuccessful attempts to upgrade to version 9.2.4. Stability of critical services is above all!

I had system errors on one box with 9.2.5. Downgraded to 9.2.4.

What's type of system error do you have in logs? Is it a Kerio box or custom appliance?

Add another case of 9.2.5 causing big problems with an NG300. I was able to restore operation rolling back to 9.2.4. GFI hasn't been impressive as of yet. Support e-mail asks for the support text file, but nowhere does it list anything but a non monitored e-mail address to reply to.

Same problems with NTLM on sw appliance. After rollback to 9.2.4 on Kerio Control console we see message :
System error 111
/opt/kerio/winroute/tinydbclient: failed to send query "%s" to Kerio Control. NULL connection handle.
But the system seems to work.
This is only one attempt to upgrade. Other KControls run 9.2.4 and customers are dissatisfied.
After problematic upgrade Kerio Connect this is second GFI upgrade and also bad.

Same issue here:
Last saturday automatic update to 9.2.5 and constantly rebooting all 3 to 10 minutes.
Restored 9.2.4 from backup... stable and no problems anymore.

6 other installations works without any problem (5 ESXi VMs / 1 NG100)

The main difference between those installations:
Only the failing one has IPSec LAN-LAN Tunnels configured!?

All other has also VPN Tunnels - but these are Kerio LAN-LAN oder Kerio VPN Client.

Issue after update 9.2.5 for software appliance.

And connection is fault after 30 minutes.

I have exactly the same problem after upgrading to 9.2.5. System fault and reboots every few hours.

Same problem for my customer. 2 Kerio Control box 3000 series, countinuos restart after 9.2.5 update.

But...nothing from support??

Now GFI technical support in case requests not to update to 9.2.5. They are investigating issues.
