I just upgraded one of my servers to Kerio Connect 9.2.6. Next, I tested the Kerio Account Assistant. It stalls during the setup, exactly the way the previous version of Kerio Connect did. Obviously, GFI did not test this new version before releasing it, and if they did, they didn't care about fixing this issue with the account assistant. So, after a 6 month wait, they finally release something that is supposed to fix the account assistant issue, and it doesn't work. I let it run for 40 minutes.

Don't upgrade running instances!! Some versions of 9.2.6 crash all Outlook Clients they touch. Have a look at the most recent forum posts.

On top of that, our server restarted every 5 minutes or so. Mad
Clients got message about SSL problems.
We rolled back.

Yep. I am under that impression too. Why was I so silly to extend my maintenance in Dec. 2017 for 2 years??? Crying or Very Sad

I should have moved to Exchange or something else.

I have just assisted one OL2016 (32 Bit) user and the mentioned procedure (cache deletion after 3811 installation) has helped him.

the problem is on macOS 10.13 , not windows

Hi Guys,

I'm sorry you have been disappointed and frustrated. I have been too. This transition to GFI and Aurea hasn't been easy for anyone. With that said, a few of us at GFI/Aurea still monitor this forum and I will try to keep it open. However, the basic use policy has to be followed. If you have other grievances, please direct those through the appropriate channels (your Distributor if you are a Reseller, or your GFI account manager if you are a Distributor).
