no problems so far (11 appliances, all custom hardware except 1 NG300).

Does NTLM work stable on 9.2.6 ? On other forum read that NTLM works only after user forcibly goes to the authorization page of Kerio. Is it true and GFI should resolve this or that is normal?

ntml works fine on 9.2.5 patch2 and newer.
