Have Kerio Connect 923 running for quite a while.
Since last Saturday, I receive emails from anyone in the outside world but emails coming from the Gmail domain are not coming in.
That includes gmail or another companies using gmail as outgoing servers.
I have not changed or looked at Kerio admin settings for months, neither I have changed anything in my network.

I am running out of ideas.......................

Emails from GMail are regularly blocked as spam by our installation. This is due, in our case, to the servers showing in Blacklists.

Check your spam settings, particularly what the systems does with spam should it be detected.

You should check in the security log + debug log (with Spam logging switched on) why Gmail is blocked.

Also, do the Gmail senders get an error message / non-delivery mail back?

That is a TLS issue. Has your certificate on Kerio expired? Is it an official one?

You can also switch off oportunistic TLS for receiving mails and see if that solves the issue.

Another issue could be that if you have a firewall between the Internet and the Kerio server, it could interfere with the TLS negotiation.

Also the debug log on Kerio would help.

Yes, I know it is a TLS but some other people, with GMAIL are having same problem.
1) Kerio certificate expired 10 days ago..........but I still receive from Hotmail and many other domains using TLS, I can see that on Kerio logs.........
2) I will look to the oportunistic but I am quite sure I have done on install
3) I have more than a firewall, it is a total fortress, FORTIGATE. Nothing gets through except what I want. In more than a year my spam in Kerio is ZERO !. But I have received emails form more than a year..............and I have changed nothing.

I think is a Gmail drama, but tomorrow will re issue the certificate, just in case.

I would definitely renew the certificate if it is expired. Then restart the Kerio service and see if the problem persists.

Yes, not all email providers handle TLS the same. Some check for expiration, some not.

I am happy you got it sorted.

We are now using LetsEncrypt with Kerio which handles certificate renewal automatically and you get an official certificate as well, and it's free.
