After this recent update some users lost their folders and emails. I was able to restore them from a backup, copy them over to their user folders and reindex their mailbox to get them back. My question is we are also missing our public folders, how can I go about restoring those files? How do I reindex the folder so it'll appear on everyones email?

I think you can use the below command to recover the public folders as well from the backup

Run the kmsrecover command: kmsrecover -b -d company -m public E:\backup

and for re-indexing, you can right-click on the domain in the Domains section and select public folders then re-index folders
