Hello,

After our Kerio serviced crashed the service would turn on by itself for a few minutes then shut off. Luckily this happened 2 days before they released the patch 1 update. After we updated to the newest patched version everything was working fine. We did have a few users who lost emails, which I was able to recover using a backup VM. One issue we did run into was a Kerio message saying "Multiple Public Folders Detected" in order to correct this error I've had to manually re-run the Kerio config file for each user.

I had 3 users who after running their Kerio config file they lost a lot of email folders. Well come to find out when I re-ran the config file, it dumped their old Outlook data into a .PST file. Once I found this out I was able to import that .PST file and restore all of their lost emails and folders.

This is informational in case anyone out there runs into the same issue. The .pst files were stored on the C: drive in a folder name PST or Outlook PST. Hope this information can help anyone who has run into any similar issues. Smile
