Hello, since Friday the appointments entered in the iphone do not appear in outlook. I redraw the profile in the phone and on outlook without changes. I have the error SyncCommandHelpers.cpp: Unable to parse 'CommandId' request from mobile device. Unknown element: Type: 0, Tag: 0x112D. Should you downgrade the server? Is it risky? Complicated?

Same problem here. Happens after I upgraded to the latest Version 9.2.6. Even patch1 did not solve this!
Then I downgraded 9.2.5 Patch 3. No Active Sync will work correct.

So the errors still exists.
I don't know if Kerio changed anything to the files. Normally a downgrade should fix the error. Unfortunately, this does not work.
Appointments are synchronized - but not all. So only incomplete.
I removed all mobile devices from the system and set them up again: Same result. Disaster.

This update has definitely been a disaster. I have been told by some people in support that the developers are working on the bugs in patch 1. What I want to know is why they can't release a stable build that works properly. I don't remember Kerio being this inept. GFI canned all of the Kerio developers last year and replace them with their own.
