i have a problem at a customers client. The customer has 4 Kerio accounts in hie Outlook 2016.

a) firstname.lastname<_at_>abc.de
b) firstname.lastname<_at_>def.de
c) firstname.lastname<_at_>ghi.de
d) firstname.lastname<_at_>jkl.de

The customer created an email using account a). The receipents recieve this mail 4 times. Looking into the log i can see that this mail was sent using accounts a), b), c) an d). All receipents see account a) as the sender. One of the receipents was not reachable an the mailer daemon mail was sent to account c).

Anyone else ever experienced this behaviour?

This is not a regular issue, it just happened with this one email, and another one a few weeks ago.

Outlook does not support more than one MAPI(KOFF)-Account in each Profile. Use different Profiles instead. Or one KOFF-Account and the 3 others with IMAP.

Thanks for reply, but this can't be the solution. Since Outlook 2010 more than one MAPI/Exchange account is supported. Using multiple KOFF Accounts doesn't seems to a problem too:

I myself, and most of my customers, use multiple KOFF accounts without any problems.

I had a similar problem with this, when outlook sent emails from other accounts, even when I select the right one as send from.

The only solution (and I did everything for weeks!) was to give the user a complete new windows user profile.

It was not enough to reinstall outlook and delete the corrspondending appdata folders.

Maybe this will solve this?
