No UK resellers are available for renewal. Tried all 6 on gfi page.

Either website dead or nobody there to answer my call.

Currently have a disabled server due to all users connecting with activesync.

I have the money. Why is this even an issue? I want to pay and can't.

GFI head office - NOT OPEN.

There are no places online to renew, and therefore my server is offline.

You idiots.

GFI US office not open.

Your software renewal procedure is an absolute joke and I am now looking for alternative email services.

Sorry, but as much as there is wrong with GFI and Kerio, I think it's a bit harsh to call GFI the idiots when you only discover that your license expired when your server stopped working.

Here in Germany, the ordering process is automated trough our distributor, who forwards this to Kerio. Usually an order is finished within some minutes, even at weekends.

Can't imagine that this is not possible in USA / UK?

The last 3 years was a simple online purchase. effortless and simple.

In a perfect world my contract wouldn't expire on a Saturday. Even if I did purchase it a few days before the admin process involved now means I have to wait up to a week?

Kindly show me where it now says that the maintenance contract purchase time is over 3 working days, and I will gladly call myself the idiot.

Tried all UK recommended sellers as noted on the GFI site. Nobody there. All 9-5 mon-fri - Same with the US.

What distributor do you use? Will gladly use them instead of the lazy US/UK

Hey,

I don't think they support "non-german* or foreign customers / resellers, but here is the link:

Standard turnaround is 24 to 48 hours weekdays and Kerio does state that when the order is placed.
