Connect stops, displaying a crash report for mailserver.exe, Version: 9.2.6.3868, modul MSVCR100.dll, Version: 10.0.40219.1. The MSVCR100.dll is from 2011, obviously unchanged since then.

This happens when EAS is accessed. I already have an open ticket with GFI and this behaviour is confirmed. Nevertheless it seems tricky to find out which kind and access of EAS devices causes this behaviour. I hope we could help GFI here with more input from the community.

Hello,
what should I specifically send for my logs?
Thanks Josef

Hi Josef,
I would recommend the Active Sync Requests Log, because it is clear that some kind of EAS request forces Connect to crash.
Cheers, Eberhard

Hello,
I have created the GFI Technical Support Request - GFI-180528-640638
and inserted a zip file with logs (ActiveSync, Error). Please check that they were delivered.
Thanks

We had a ActiveSync issue a couple of years ago caused by an ancient Android cell phone, ICS I think. Kerio Support did try but could not help us at the time and we found the culprit by noting the last device in the logs at each crash, there was no actual record of what caused the crash. Removing the cell phone and banning it from our network solved the issue.
Hope this helps, Brian
