I switched from a Mac to the Debian VM. Now I have the problem that in Outlook 2016 (Mac) (Exchange/EWS) there is no folder hierarchy for the users. Only the "flat" view of folders that in fact are subfolders. All folders are on the same first hierarchy level. Everything is fine in Kerio Webmail. Anybody know the problem? Both servers are 9.2.7. -> Sergio

Do you have the same problem when you configure the mail account as IMAP?

I just checked with IMAP. Now no folders are displayed at all, except for the default folders, of course.
