Since just after the GFI purchase, we have had a problem with not being able to change any Contact Info for any employee that is already in the system. Once an employee has been on-boarded, we cannot change the contact info to reflect updated info like a phone number or title change or location change.

I searched the forum to see if this was already brought up, but couldn't find anything. My apologies in advance if this has been addressed. Just need to fix my directory.

If the Kerio users are connected to / imported from Active Directory, you have to change the contact details there.

We had an issue where Kerio did not synchronize updated details from AD, this was fixed in the 9.2.6 release.
