In Kerio 9.2.7 I have the following error:
If an autoreply is active and at the same time there is a rule that the e-mails are forwarded to another user, then the forwarding works but no autoreply is sent.
Kerio Support has no solution except rollback to 9.2.5 SP3
Error should not be corrected until Q1 2019 at the earliest.
Does anyone have a workaround?

I can confirm this. Just made some test ... this is a common task during holidays (autoreply and forward) ... so no Update to 9.2.7 Sad

Maybe you can try what I do to solve another issue I have in this respect.
My problem is that since Kerio gave up the old webinterface it is no longer possible to sort the autoresponder filter like other filters since it is hidden. I need that functionality in order to prevent autoresponders being sent to internal users and other filtered events.
I used to set the autoresponder rule as the last one and added to all other rules before to ignore other rules.

Now I can achieve this only with Outlook since there the autoresponder filter is visible. I copy it and then disable the original filter. Now I have a copy of the autoresponder filter with full code visible in Kerio Connect webinterface and I can manage it like any other filter (I prefer to manage filters in the webinterface should also work if you do it in Outlook).
So maybe if you go that road you could try to first set a filter for forwarding and then have the autoresponder or the other way round.

I can't test it for you because I'm still on 9.2.5p3 but the filter selection in Outlook is probably still the same so it could solve your issue until it will be fixed (if ever...).

Instead using the rule, what if you do the forwarding at the user level?

@phil68 changing the order of the filters does not help.
No matter how I do it. I don't get auto-eply

@MacLab When I redirect the user interface, the autofilter works.
Unfortunately, users will no longer be able to do this themselves. But better than no solution. Thank you very much

Our customer solved the problem by migration to another product.

What other product did they switch to? I have been looking for a few months but have not found the one I am interested in.

It is end of August and the issue wasn't fixed in patch 2 either.

Our workaround for now is to let each individual user set up the auto-reply (as usual) and get the forwarding done by adding an incoming rule in the global message filters and use the "Add recipient" function. Not elegant but workable in smaller environments.
