Just notice that Antivirus database is not updated for a month with the below error messages:

[03/Aug/2018 10:22:54] AntivirusModule.cpp: Antivirus Server error(0): Cannot find update location: SSL certificate problem: self signed certificate in certificate chain. Download failed.
[03/Aug/2018 10:23:04] AntivirusModule.cpp: Antivirus Server error(0): Cannot find update location: SSL certificate problem: self signed certificate in certificate chain. Download failed.
[03/Aug/2018 10:23:04] AntivirusModule.cpp: Antivirus update failed: Cannot find update location: SSL certificate problem: self signed certificate in certificate chain. Download failed.

From version 9.2.6 patch 2 to version 9.2.7 patch 1, still not able to update antivirus database.

Please advice.

Thank you.

Our own SSL certificate should not be related to this.

This resolved for me too.

May I know what is the actual problem? OS or Kerio connect itself?

Thank you.
