Dear all,

I have two users at two different kerio connect installations getting an automatic logout(due to security reasons) after about 30 seconds.
The server side setup is configured in the client-area for automatic logout after 5 hours.
Actual patch and a restart at the server is already made...and for sure I cleaned the browser cache - no changes.
Any hints to solve that?

Kind regards
RM

Seems nobody has this issue. I found by testing(on/off) with the option 'Force client to logout if the users IP changes' in the advanced option KC-client area. When I switch this otion off, the browser session is stable without log off. This is clearly a bug if the actual version 9.2.7 patch 2 !!!

I have one user out of 200 who has recently reported this issue, on 9.2.5 p3. I have yet to investigate, but I am going to try disabling 'Force client to logout of the user's IP changes' and see if that helps in our case.

User is running Windows 10 Pro 1703 64-bit, using latest Chrome (or so I'm told).
