My environment is Kerio control 9.2.6 and Windows Server 2016 with active directory for user authentication.

Kerio Control is configured as a non-transparent proxy server and in the Domains and user loging options it is selected always require user to by authenticated when accessing web pages and force non-transparent proxy server authenticatication.

Kerio Control reads my active directory perfectly in the browser authenticates the users of the domain, until there everything works well.

The problem is at the time of showing for each active host the user that is logged in, it does not show the users, and by not showing them, because the quota allocation for each defined user does not work, I need a favor and someone can help me with this.

apparently all the traffic is coming out by not logged in.
