Yesterday I got a call from a customer. He was looking for a mail that doesn't exist anymore. The Operations-Log says that the mail was deletet - but not to the trash. Normally there should be an entry like Move to trash, but it doesn't. How is it possible to delete a mail without moving to trash?

Win10, Outlook 2016, Connect 9.2.5 patch 3 (3336)

The "Move to trash" operation is always performed client-side, i.e. Outlook does this as default operation.

But if, for example, you press the Shift key on your keyboard while deleting, it will entirely delete the message instead of moving it to the trash folder.
