We're a licensed user. For trial purpose, we installed kerio
Firewall + Cobion Plugin in lab/temporary server. Then we uninstall
it.
When installing the the Kerio Firewall + Cobion Plugin on production
server, we found this on the Warning log :
"Cobion plugin error : Ticket already in use by [servername]
[ip_address], software is not licensed. Ticket [ticket_number] is
not active"

Any procedure we missed ?
