Can anyone else confirm this.

If you move a folder in Outlook 2003 using KOC 6.0.3 you can no longer view it.

I also have this problem (although I didn't know it until I just tested for it)

I have noticed that I can still view the moved folder in the webmail just not in outlook (whether on the PC used to move the folder or not.)

This is obviously a very serious problem

Have you made Kerio aware of this BUG?

Yea I can confirm. It appears if you move a folder you are out of luck. However if you create a folder, and move mail into the folder, it is fine. I was also able to go into the web client and see the items in the folder without any issue. A fix was to create a new folder, go into the web client and drag the items from the old folder and then into the new folder. Then I deleted the folder that was currupt. Once you get back into Outlook, the new folder is accessible.

Thanks for testing this, I have made Kerio aware of the problem.

Quite an annoying bug for my users. I was told by Kerio to delete the users profile and then recreate it again and this would fix the problem, unfortunately this doesn't work.

Kerio must hold information on the folder structure either client side or server side, I just can't seem to find it. I would have thought it was part of the profile.

I was hoping that if we could find this file it may also fix the problem of some users Outlook Spam/No Spam buttons dissapearing.

I really hope 6.04 isn't far away, even if it just fixes the problems it created.

No, I also tried deleting the user and recreating the user, but it did not work. Like I said, the best solution I found was accessing the currupt folder in the web client. It seems to work.
